Windows Information Protection requires either Mobile Device Management or System Center Configuration Manager to manage settings.
These products are sold separately.
Active Directory makes management easier but is not required.

Software Warranty

Software licenses for all digital products are sent via the registered email address of the customer.
The instructions to download the software and activate the license will be provided within the same email.
Screenshots of errors will be requested for any failure to consume the digital keys. In some cases, we will require the customer to allow TeamViewer access to their machines in order to ascertain the issue.
If the failure of installing or activating the product is due to other reasons unrelated to the purchased product, e.g. conflicting software, system errors. We reserve the right to request that the customer lodged a remote support at 1Desk for billable support work.
Once the digital key is consumed, there will be no refunds.
Software warranty is covered by the said Vendor (Brand) for the period determined by the Vendor (Brand)
